These terms define the performance guarantee offered as part of a paid AI visibility engagement with NextAIForge, LLC. We guarantee the work we control— not a third-party AI's output. The guarantee applies only when expressly agreed in a signed engagement, which governs; this page summarizes its standard form.
Within 30 calendar days of the engagement start, NextAIForge delivers a defined set of visibility work: entity-consistency fixes across your brand surfaces, answer-first content with FAQ/Service schema on your key page, and six citation-ready assets (e.g. listicle / directory / data placements). If we do not complete these within the window, the next month is free. This is a controllable deliverable — not a promise about a probabilistic AI system.
We continuously measure your Discovery Visibility — whether AI assistants surface you on the agreed name-free buyer questions (e.g. "best provider for X") — and report it with a tamper-evident audit trail. We report it separately from Branded Accuracy (questions that name you, which AI answers trivially) so the number is honest. Discovery typically moves as the deliverable work takes effect, but because AI outputs are operated by third parties we measure and prove it rather than contractually promise a specific score.
Measurement covers ChatGPT and Perplexity (the guaranteed engines). For a contractual baseline we measure both engines with at least two samples per question across repeated runs; a question is counted as present if you are surfaced on at least oneof the two, and both engines' results are reported. Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews are reported as bonus context only.
Measurement uses provider APIs (OpenAI's Responses API and the Perplexity API). These approximate, but are not identical to, the consumer ChatGPT and Perplexity apps, whose answers vary with personalization, memory, model version, and time. Results are a consistent, reproducible proxy — not a claim about one specific user's app output. Each measurement is stamped with a methodology version.
Every raw AI answer is stored with a timestamp in a tamper-evident, append-only, hash-chained audit trail available to the Client. Detection is deliberately conservative (a borderline mention is not counted as present).
If the agreed deliverables are not completed within the 30-day window, the Client's next month's fee is waived. This is the sole and exclusive remedy under the guarantee.
Revenue, leads, conversions, or sales; rankings on Google or any search engine; a specific Discovery Visibility score; the wording, position, or sentiment of any AI mention; and the output of any consumer AI app. AI systems are probabilistic and operated by third parties; we guarantee the structural work we perform, not their responses.
Delivery assumes the Client provides agreed access and inputs and publishes or approves the agreed work within a reasonable time. Unreasonable delay or refusal may extend the window or void the guarantee.
Measurement reflects third-party AI systems and provider APIs that may change without notice. Results are evaluated on the agreed engines and methodology version in force during the engagement.
