- 15–25 approved, name-free buyer questions plus branded-accuracy questions, fully classified (funnel stage, persona, line of business, intent)

What the deliverable looks like
Every finding traces to a stored, hash-chained answer — the report ships with a verbatim evidence appendix and a machine-readable manifest with artifact checksums. Discovery visibility (name-free buyer questions) is scored separately from branded accuracy, so the number is never inflated by the model recognizing your name.
Each roadmap recommendation carries a confidence label — observed (visible in the captured answers), inferred, best practice, or experimental— plus an expected mechanism, an owner, effort, and how we'll verify it moved. See a public excerpt of a real audit.
